Studio Policies

Non-Refundable registration of $20.00 (per family) applicable

Payment Methods: Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT), post dated cheque, Visa, or Mastercard

Card on File Authorization: To enable recurring payments, please select the option to save your card on file at checkout. By doing so, you authorize Halliday Music Studio to securely store and charge your card for future agreed-upon payments. You may update or remove your card at any time.

Cancellation Policies and Make-Up Lessons:

  1. A minimum two-lesson notice to withdraw from lessons. No refunds will be provided after May 1, 2026. *No refunds will be given for our summer sessions once lessons have started.

  2. In the event of cancellation, please contact hallidaymusicstudio@gmail.com or call 709-693-2900 for Jennifer, or call your teacher directly.

  3. We require notice of absence by 12pm for lessons Monday-Friday and 2 hours prior to your lesson on Saturdays and Sundays.

  4. Up to 2 lessons can be rescheduled for the year provided the teacher has received proper notice.

  5. Lessons missed without proper notice will be recognized as attended and will not be rescheduled.

  6. Weather Conditions: Students will receive 1 make-up lesson in the event of cancellation due to weather conditions.

  7. Teacher cancellations: Being professional musicians, our teachers are regular performers and adjudicators throughout the year. Any lesson cancelled by a teacher due to a performance, illness, etc. will be rescheduled for a make-up lesson at a time agreed upon by the teacher and student. We aim to provide notice as early as possible.

  8. Make-up lessons will not be offered for days when a recital or performance is scheduled. Please plan accordingly, as regular lessons will not be held on those dates.
